Ms. Zhang En was born in 1970 and graduated from Henan College, China, with a degree in Finance & Economics. Ms. Zhang immediately joined the cosmetics industry and has spent more than 13 years in the field of cosmetic product management and educational training. She has gained considerable experience in professional organizations and has served on the board of directors for the Chamber of Commerce of Chinese Business Professional Cosmetics, Director of the Department of Cosmetics Technology Training for China Labor & Social Affairs, certified instructor for China Cosmetics, and co-author of a cosmetics curriculum. Ms. Zhang has been awarded many distinguished medals during her career, such as: Department of Labor & Social Affairs Outstanding Award, San-xin technology promotion award, and many more. Ms. Zhang is the founder of Faith Beauty Institute and is in charge of training programs for about 1,000 cosmetics instructors annually. She has assisted more than 1,000 beauty spas to establish new business all through China. Ms. Zhang created Faith Business Group to promote outstanding enterprise culture and she has been named as one of the rising stars of the Chinese cosmetics field.
